Our client is currently recruiting for a Major Crime Branch Investigator for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate would need to have: Experience of serious crime investigation including the writing of policy and strategy including knowledge of the HOLMES system if possible. Organisation skills with the ability to work to strict timescales, draft letters, obtaining operation updates from other forces. The ability to prepare current situation reports for senior staff. Ideally, an Ex Detective Inspector or equivalent would be ideal for this role provided their experience is relatively recent.
